Goal:
To provide potential home buyers with education to understand the home buying process, including personal financial management, credit repair/establishment and homeownership training.
Services provided:
Rental and Mortgage assistance may be available to qualified households according to funding availability. Contact your County CAPE office for more information.

The Purchase/Rehab/Resale program can assist potential homebuyers in securing certain rehab work on a home for which they have received prior approval for purchase from a local financial institution or realtor.

CAPE operates Transitional Housing for currently homeless families in Vanderburgh and Gibson Counties. Potential residents should contact their local CAPE office to inquire as to availability and requirements specific to their family situation.
Who is eligible:
While the training is provided primarily to customers in one of CAPE's housing programs, it is open to any person seeking financial literacy information. There is no charge for this training.
