Goal:
To repair areas of the home up to code for homeowners of low to moderate income.

Services provided:
Income eligible homeowners are provided with necessary home repairs.

What program can/cannot do:
The program can assist homeowners with repairs.

The program cannot assist rental properties, shelters or mobile homes

Who is eligible:
Homeowners residing in single family dwellings, who have documentation homeowner's insurance and payment of property taxes.

Homeowners who have the following members within their household:
Disabled

Elderly (60 years of age or older)

Children five years of age or younger

Households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.

Information/documentation required for application: Proof of household income

Proof of ownership of property

Proof of homeowner's insurance

Proof of payment of property taxes
