Goal:
To assist qualifying customers in lowering home heating and cooling costs by applying energy efficient measures and products in housing units.

Services provided:
Installation of products to improve energy conservation in rental and owner-occupied units.

Lead testing services also available.

What program can/cannot do:
Program can provide services to decrease winter heating and summer cooling costs.

Program cannot perform rehabilitation or repair services.

Who is eligible:
Households with annual income up to 200% of the current poverty guideline.
