The Community Action Program of Evansville & Vanderburgh County, Inc. (CAPE) provides services to Vanderburgh, Posey, & Gibson County customers utilizing funds provided through federal, state, and local funding sources & foundations which provide restricted funding for specific programs and customer assistance. Many funding sources do not provide Administrative or operating costs for programs. This funding is provided through the state Community Services Block Grant funding.
