CAPE provides services to Vanderburgh, Posey, & Gibson Counties customers using funds provided through federal, state, and local funding sources & foundations, which provide restricted funding for specific programs and customer assistance.
Many funding sources do not provide administrative or operating costs for programs. The funding for these programs is provided through the state’s Community Services Block Grant funding.
