By typing your name below, you grant Community Action Program of Evansville & Vanderburgh County, Inc. d/b/a CAPE permission to use your (or your child’s) name, image, likeness, voice, written or spoken statements, photographs, and/or video recordings (“Media”) in any and all forms of marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and publications, whether now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.

You understand and agree that:

• The Media may be used without further notification, review, or approval.
• You (or your child) will not receive any compensation for the use of the Media. CAPE owns all rights to the Media and may edit, reproduce, publish, or distribute it at its discretion.
• This release is irrevocable and binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
